Founding Partner Pilot Agreement

A simple, founder-to-pastor agreement that defines the terms of [CHURCH NAME]'s 90-day Founding Partner Pilot with Stablish. Intentionally not a heavy enterprise contract — designed to make the “yes” feel low-risk and the “no” feel painless.

If you'd prefer to convert this to your church's standard vendor contract format, we're happy to. This document captures the deal terms; the format is flexible.

1. What [CHURCH NAME] receives during the pilot

Full Stablish platform access for [ATTENDANCE] members

  • The Stewardship App (Money Map framework, AI coaching, Cut-Back Challenges, Stewardship Score)
  • Intelligent Giving (Express Give, Dynamic AutoGive, GivingPower)
  • StashAI giving-health intelligence dashboard for pastors
  • StablishTap NFC tap-to-give hardware (additional cost; offered at Founding Partner pricing if elected)

White-glove rollout from the founders personally

  • Founders ([FOUNDER NAMES]) work directly with [CHURCH NAME]'s designated champion on member onboarding
  • Custom communication templates for Sunday announcements, sermon series tie-ins, and member emails
  • Weekly check-in calls during the first 30 days; biweekly thereafter
  • Direct founder access for any questions, issues, or feedback

Co-developed roadmap input

  • [CHURCH NAME]'s feedback shapes Stablish's product priorities during the pilot
  • You will be among the first to receive new features as they ship

Founding Partner pricing locked for life (if pilot is converted)

  • $0.49 per attendee per month — half the future $0.99 list price
  • This rate is locked for the lifetime of [CHURCH NAME]'s account and does not change with future pricing increases

2. What [CHURCH NAME] commits to

  1. Pilot fee: $[ATTENDANCE × $0.49 × 3] for the 90-day pilot, payable upfront or in three monthly installments at the church's preference.
  2. Designated Champion: [CHURCH NAME] will name one staff or pastoral team member as the internal point of contact who works directly with the Stablish founders during the pilot.
  3. Member rollout effort: [CHURCH NAME] will support member adoption via standard church communication channels (Sunday announcements, email, app notifications, sermon-series tie-ins). Stablish provides templates and direct support.
  4. Pilot review: A joint review meeting at the 90-day mark to assess outcomes against the agreed pilot success metrics (see below).

3. Pilot success metrics

We define success collaboratively at pilot kickoff. Common metrics include:

  • Member adoption: % of attenders who download the app within 90 days (target: 25%+)
  • Member retention: % of installed members still active at day 90 (target: 70%+)
  • Stewardship Score baseline: Initial Giving Health Score for [CHURCH NAME], plus improvement direction
  • Recurring giver share: Baseline at pilot start, measured trend by day 90
  • Pastor satisfaction: Qualitative — does the StashAI dashboard add genuine value?

These are starting points. Final metrics will be set together at pilot kickoff.

4. What happens at the end of 90 days

Three options, [CHURCH NAME]'s choice:

OptionTerms
Convert to Founding Partner status
(recommended if metrics are met)
Annual contract begins. Founding Partner pricing ($0.49/attendee/month) locked for life. No further setup fees, no automatic price increases.
Extend the pilot Additional 90-day extension if [CHURCH NAME] needs more data to decide. Same terms apply.
Walk away with no further commitment No penalty fees, no termination charges. Member data exported for the church's records. Stablish closes [CHURCH NAME]'s account within 30 days. Members may continue using their personal Stewardship App accounts independently.

There is no automatic conversion. If [CHURCH NAME] does not affirmatively elect to convert, the relationship ends at day 90 with no further charges.

5. Data ownership

  • Member personal data belongs to the individual member. Members may export or delete their data at any time.
  • Church giving records belong to [CHURCH NAME] and remain accessible per standard 501(c)(3) retention requirements (typically 7 years).
  • Stablish aggregate insights (de-identified analytics) may be retained by Stablish for product improvement.

Full details: Security & Privacy One-Pager.

6. Privacy & member opt-in

Stablish is opt-in for individual members. [CHURCH NAME] may not enroll members without their explicit consent. Pastors may not view individual member transactions, spending categories, or financial details. Pastor-facing insights are limited to aggregate giving health data.

7. Founding Partner program — exclusivity

[CHURCH NAME] is being offered Founding Partner status as one of Stablish's first 10 partner churches. Once those 10 spots are filled, the Founding Partner program closes and future churches will pay the standard $0.99/attendee/month list price. Founding Partner pricing for [CHURCH NAME] is locked for life regardless of when the program closes.

8. How to confirm

Reply to [FOUNDER EMAIL] with the following:

  1. “We're in” (or any equivalent confirmation)
  2. Designated Champion name and email
  3. Preferred pilot start date
  4. Preferred billing cadence (upfront for the pilot, or three monthly installments)

Upon confirmation, Stablish will:

  • Send invoice for the pilot fee
  • Schedule the kickoff call within 7 days
  • Begin onboarding within 14 days
