What [CHURCH NAME] commits to
- Pilot fee · $[ATTENDANCE × $0.49 × 3] for the 90 days. Upfront or three monthly installments — your call.
- Designated Champion. One staff or pastoral team member as the internal point of contact, working directly with the founders.
- Member rollout effort. Sunday announcements, email, app notifications, sermon tie-ins. Stablish provides every template + direct support.
- Joint pilot review at day 90. Measure outcomes against the agreed success metrics (below). Decide what's next together.
Pilot success metrics
Final metrics set together at kickoff. Common starting points:
- Member adoption — % of attenders who download within 90 days. Target: 25%+.
- Member retention — % of installed members still active at day 90. Target: 70%+.
- Stewardship Score baseline — initial Giving Health Score for [CHURCH NAME] + improvement direction.
- Recurring-giver share — baseline at pilot start, trend by day 90.
- Pastor satisfaction — does the StashAI dashboard add genuine value? Qualitative.
At day 90 · three options
Convert to Founding Partner
Annual contract begins. Founding Partner pricing ($0.49/attendee/month) locked for life. No further setup fees, no automatic price increases.
Extend the pilot
Additional 90-day extension if [CHURCH NAME] needs more time to decide. Same terms apply.
Walk away cleanly
No penalty fees, no termination charges. Member data exported. Account closed within 30 days. Members keep their personal Stewardship App accounts.
No automatic conversion
If you don't say "yes" affirmatively at day 90, the pilot ends.
No surprise renewals, no "we'll just keep billing." The default is the door, not the contract.
Data, privacy & the Founding Partner program
- Member personal data belongs to the member. They can export or delete at any time.
- Church giving records belong to [CHURCH NAME], retained per 501(c)(3) requirements (~7 years).
- Stablish aggregate insights (de-identified) may be retained for product improvement.
- Opt-in for members. The church cannot enroll members without consent. Pastors never see individual transactions — only aggregate giving health.
- Founding Partner program closes after 10 churches. Once the program closes, list price is $0.99/attendee/month. [CHURCH NAME]'s locked rate stays $0.49 regardless.

How to confirm

- "We're in" (or any equivalent).
- Designated Champion name and email.
- Preferred pilot start date.
- Billing cadence — upfront for the pilot, or three monthly installments.
Upon confirmation, we send the invoice, schedule the kickoff call within 7 days, and begin onboarding within 14 days.
